Orton Gillingham Tutoring
Decades of research demonstrate the importance of systematic, sequential and multi-sensory instruction for students with dyslexia and other learning disabilities. SPROUT Services provides Orton Gillingham tutoring for students with phonological gaps that affect a child’s reading, writing and/or spelling. Typical OG protocol includes twice weekly intensive tutoring and work at home in between sessions.
General Skills Tutoring
Some children need more support or acceleration than can be provided in the classroom. SPROUT Services provide individualized and engaging tutoring in all academic areas. Tutoring sessions can last from 30 minutes to an hour.
Study Skills Training
Study skills are no longer taught in most schools and many children lack the essentials to be successfully independent. SPROUT Services helps students develop study skills that fit individual learning preferences and teaches how to embed them into their daily education routines.
